Job Overview:

Pay Range: $27.88/hr - $32.88/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • HS diploma required, bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, including creating reports, performing basic formulas, and creating logs.
  • Exposure to SAP in Production/Finance modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.
  • Updates the project plan.
  • Assists in information collection and validations.
  • Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a construction background.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

Qualification And Education:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
