We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a great company! If you have a minimum of 5 years experience we want to hear from you!

Project Manager Position Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience working with corporate clients

Minimum,5 Years as a Project Manager for Private and Public Works 

Commercial Construction Manager on projects ranging in size up to $10M

Effective communications skills (verbal and written)Ability to provide vision and leadership on projects

Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving

Excellent organizational math skills

Must possess scheduling and planning abilities

 College education in Construction a plus

Must be willing to travel

Salary based on level of experience.

Proficiency with the following computer programs:

Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook ,Microsoft Project, Sage Construction 100, Bluebeam
