Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Project Manager to drive business growth while managing customer projects from initial inquiry through final installation. This role combines relationship-building, estimating, project coordination, and customer service to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide signage solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate projects between customers, design, production, and installation teams.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and customer communications.
  • Conduct site visits and field measurements when required.
  • Track project progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
  • Maintain CRM and project management records.

Qualifications & Requirements
