Interior Designer - Millwork & Custom Features

Bring Design Concepts to Life

We are seeking an Interior Designer to support the design, detailing, and execution of highly customized architectural features for hospitality, commercial, and specialty interior projects.

This role combines interior design, technical detailing, shop drawings, material coordination, and project support for projects involving custom seating, millwork, decorative metals, glass, specialty finishes, and commercial furniture systems.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality design, interior architecture, millwork detailing, commercial furniture, FF&E, custom fabrication, or architectural detailing who enjoy bridging the gap between design intent and successful execution.

What You'll Do

  • Develop technical drawings and shop drawings for custom interior features and architectural elements
  • Review architectural and interior design plans, specifications, and finish schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, fabricators, manufacturers, and project teams throughout project execution
  • Support submittals, finish approvals, and material selections
  • Assist with procurement and coordination of custom products and specialty materials
  • Review project revisions and maintain drawing accuracy throughout fabrication and installation
  • Support installation planning and field coordination
  • Help ensure design intent is maintained from concept through final installation
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop practical and cost-effective solutions
  • Support highly customized design-build projects from concept through completion
