Job description

Cherry Bekaert's Shared Services team is seeking a Coordinator to support our Fort Worth office in delivering high-quality client service and operational excellence. This onsite role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and strong communication drive success

As a Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across firm service lines, contributing to the timely delivery of client work and internal initiatives

  • Perform document processing activities including printing, scanning, sorting and organizing workpapers, reports and client materials

  • Support service line deliverables such as tax return assembly, workpaper scanning and other project-based requirements as needed

  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365, GoFileRoom and Smartsheet to manage workflows and support team productivity

  • Manage shared inboxes, file repositories and Teams channels to ensure accurate organization and timely communication

  • Assist with onsite office operations including front desk support, visitor coordination, mail distribution and supply management

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by identifying process improvements and proactively addressing potential challenges

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to provide updates, escalate issues and support client service delivery

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within a professional services environment (accounting experience preferred but not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including strong Excel skills; familiarity with Adobe is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
