EMH&T is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the department’s liaison to a Fortune 10 technology industry client, including research assistance, document management and submittals, preparation of executive summaries and project reports, schedule coordination, participation in client meetings, tracking action items, and supporting strategic initiatives as needed.

This position combines project coordination, business operations, process improvement, and client-focused service to support the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized and consistently professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze business processes, and support cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, maintains strict confidentiality, and brings strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client-facing project leadership by maintaining accurate project records and budgets, tracking progress against timelines, and monitoring project deliverables.
  • Attend client meetings, create and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) reports, and provide project teams with updates on deadlines, milestones, and outstanding tasks.
  • Coordinate and document project conference calls and web meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
  • Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives by evaluating and refining project lifecycles to minimize bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of standardized processes and deliverable frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and brand integrity.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client objectives to help ensure project outcomes align with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Synthesize complex information into professional, high-impact communications for executive leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining data management protocols to protect confidential business information.
  • Conduct reviews of project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement new business tools, technologies, and administrative methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify project risks, communication gaps, and process challenges, developing solutions to maintain project momentum.
