The Journeyman Roofer II role is for experienced roofing professionals who independently execute complex work, support crew success, and uphold installation excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Perform advanced commercial roofing installations and repairs
  • Execute complex flashing, detailing, and waterproofing work
  • Interpret drawings and coordinate work sequencing
  • Mentor Assistant Roofers and Journeyman I employees
  • Troubleshoot field conditions and installation challenges
  • Support production planning and material coordination
  • Maintain quality and safety expectations across assigned work areas
  • Communicate project needs and progress to leadership
