Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow their career in project management and sales operations. The Project Manager will serve as the right hand to our Sales team, ensuring that projects, client requests, and internal processes run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed.
  • Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide follow-up on client requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
