Role: Project Coordinator
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: New York City, NY (On-site with Hybrid)
Job Details:
Client is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to be the administrative engine of the project, managing all documentation, scheduling, and tracking.
Core Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the central project document repository in SharePoint.
- Schedule all meetings, prepare agendas, and publish official minutes.
- Track action items, project risks, and decisions to ensure timely closure.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst role.
- High proficiency in SharePoint, MS Visio, and MS SQL.
- Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience supporting large, complex infrastructure projects within a formal PMO.
