Description

Our client's Digital Solutions team is continuing the expansion of MyWall, a patient-facing digital platform deployed on bedside tablets and TVs across inpatient units. MyWall enhances the inpatient experience by enabling patients to view their care team, manage meals, access MyChart, and engage with digital services during their stay.

The team is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to support and help manage MyWall expansion efforts. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of MyWall deployments across inpatient units, EDs, ICUs, and new construction spaces

Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple sites

Act as liaison between desktop, network, telecom, cabling, operations, and clinical teams

Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Assist in identifying site readiness requirements and tracking deployment progress

Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders

Maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting within tools such as Jira or Excel

Support onsite deployment activities and occasional site walkthroughs
