· Conduct technical evaluation of cosmetic/beauty product prototypes and provide performance feedback.

· Perform competitive product assessments and compare prototype products with existing market options.

· Create reports, presentation decks, and technical dossiers using Excel and PowerPoint.

· Coordinate with vendors, sourcing teams, and internal stakeholders on samples, feedback, and project updates.

· Manage project trackers, innovation meetings, sample shipments, and product inventory.
