How will you contribute to the team. To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules.

Collect, validate, and analyze project performance data from multiple stakeholders. Assist with cost tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports and dashboards.

Monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and project milestones. Coordinate progress measurement activities and earned value reporting. Assist in identifying schedule, cost, and performance risks.

Maintain project controls databases, logs, and reporting tools. Support change management processes, including tracking potential changes, trends, and approved change orders. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, commercial staff, and client representatives to ensure accurate reporting.

Assist with project meetings and prepare supporting documentation, reports, and presentations. Ensure project records, supporting documentation, and project controls information are maintained in accordance with project requirements. Education and Experience: Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost control, project coordination, or project management within construction or infrastructure projects. Experience on large-scale transit, transportation, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects is an asset. Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, change management, reporting, and risk management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, EcoSys, Power BI, or similar project controls software is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Experience on major infrastructure, transit, transportation, heavy civil, or building projects is preferred. Salary Range: Between $85,000 to $120,000 depending on experience. Think you're the right fit.
