NexGold is collecting Expressions of Interest in working with us as part of ourProjects Team.


Our Projects department will be posting and hiring positions in the following areas during 2026:

  • Engineering - including Engineering Leads (Civil, Process, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation, Mechanical and Piping, and Mining).
  • Project Controls and Risk - including Cost Controllers, Planners/Schedulers, and Document Controllers.
  • Supply Chain - including Contract Administrators (Civil/Earthworks and Structural/Mechanical/Piping).
  • Construction - including Construction Coordinators (Civil/Earthworks and Structural/Mechanical/Piping), HSE Manager and Coordinators, and Site Services Coordinators.
  • Environmental - including Manager and Coordinators.


Some Projects department positions will be working on a rotational schedule at the Project Sites. Additionally, some positions may require travel to the Corporate Office in Toronto on a regular or occasional basis.


The Goldboro Gold Project in Goldboro, Nova Scotia will be the first assigned Project Site. Following the Project stage at Goldboro, positions may have the opportunity to transition to operations at Goldboro or may eventually transition to support the Goliath Gold Complex near Dryden, ON and other future projects.
