This position will report to the PMO office. In this role you will be responsible for producing monthly project status reports working the project managers as well as producing a portfolio level KPI reports for the business lines.

 

  • Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable methods/procedures for the project control activates of cost analysis, scope control, trending and reporting.  
  • Assist Project Managers with earned value analysis, project status reports and project financial reports.  
  • Inform the project manager of project financial status, schedule status, identify potential problems and recommend a resolution.  
  • Provide financial management of the project, that includes assisting with the budget creation, WBS development, creating work breakdown structures with budgets, tracking of invoicing milestones, reviewing invoice charges and backup, forecasting and monitors project cash flow.  
  • Provide subcontractor financial oversight by reviewing subcontractor's invoices versus their Terms & Conditions and Purchase Orders.  
  • Monitor and correct unposted or suspended man-hours in timekeeping system. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.  
  • Knowledge of the phases of a project lifecycle.  
  • Ability to create and manage project budgets.  
  • Possesses business and or technical expertise in a certain field.  
  • Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
  • Ability to ensure accuracy.  
  • Excellent customer service.  
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.  
  • Ability to change priorities quickly and confront issues directly.

  • Salary: $36.90 - $48.30 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
