GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager position is full-time supporting the Quality Control (QC) department with the expectation that he / she will work overtime as needed to fulfill job and client responsibilities. The primary duties include planning and managing technology audit teams performing various cybersecurity and compliance related integrated engagements, as well as coordinating and overseeing internal projects and initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage engagement teams to support the successful completion of internal projects and client facing engagements
  • Function within and maintain a team environment with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage teams working on multiple projects in varying stages through the completion and issuance of final deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members; implement sound client and employee retention practices
  • Meet with key stakeholders to formally kick off each project / engagement and discuss the next steps, roles and responsibilities, as well as scheduling milestones and coordinating the team
  • Conduct project planning, scheduling, and coordinating with engagement team to ensure delivery schedule
  • Responsible for project status reporting both internally and externally
  • Responsible for tracking budget to actual and monitoring gross margin performance
  • Sustain relationships from initiation through completion, final deliverables, and project conclusion
  • Manage engagement teams performing multiple concurrent projects, including scheduling and administration
  • Establish deadlines related to project development and oversee total project timeline
  • Gather relevant data and report to Manager/Director team on specific KPI metrics for individuals and projects within the Crew
  • Primary office location will be St. Petersburg
  • This position is full-time with the expectation that you will work overtime as needed to fulfill job and client responsibilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or other related field
  • Willingness to pursue relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP, or other relevant certifications)
  • 1 to 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities, client focus, industry savvy, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Executive presence with clients and team members, excellent written and technical skills
  • Team motivator and team leader, with ability to pull projects over the finish line
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
  • Strong, demonstrated project management skills necessary for executing projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach as necessary for job tasks
  • Ability to use hands/fingers for typing, writing, or handling materials
