Job description

The QA/QC, CXAlloy, CX Project Coordinator supports commissioning, quality assurance, quality control, and project documentation activities for large-scale construction, advanced manufacturing, energy, industrial, and mission-critical projects. This role assists with project records, maintaining CXAlloy data integrity, supporting commissioning and QA/QC deliverables, tracking action items, and ensuring timely communication between Owners, contractors, vendors, engineers, commissioning teams, and project leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, follow-through, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

CXAlloy, QA/QC and Commissioning Support

  • Support CXAlloy, data, checklists, issues, equipment records, and commissioning deliverables.
  • Assist commissioning and QA/QC teams with tracking open items, deficiencies, observations, punch list items, and closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, review, and distribution of commissioning documentation, QA/QC records, testing forms, inspection reports, and project deliverables.
  • Support functional testing, equipment tracking, document turnover, and final closeout processes.
  • Assist with preparing reports, logs, dashboards, and status updates for project leadership.
  • Ensure all CXAlloy records are accurate, current, properly categorized, and easily searchable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commissioning documentation, QA/QC documentation, equipment tracking, punch list management, and closeout deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiar with electronic document management systems such as SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
