MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Command and Control Center (C2IE) Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Analyzes and evaluates complex datasets in the information environment to identify trends and operational anomalies.
  • Validates the design of interactive dashboards that track mission-critical resources and theater-specific movement control.
  • Approve quality gate standards for data visualization to ensure that information is presented clearly for senior-level coordination.
  • Executes high-level Pacific Ivy training support by integrating real-world mission data into simulated command and control environments.
  • Validates C2IE Status Reports and visualization artifacts for theater Mission Partners to mitigate logistical and operational gaps.
  • Manage the day-to-day synchronization of visualizer data with evolving exercise requirements and strategic goals.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Experience in quality gate oversight and acting as the Responsible Officer for functional C2IE artifacts.
  • Advanced knowledge of joint theater distribution and information environment analysis.
Midlevel
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Intelligence Studies, International Relations or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Ability to draft Technical Reports and follow established SOPs for information environment management.
  • Proficient in using C2IE tools and collaborative SharePoint environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Intelligence Studies, International Relations or a related field.
  • 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Professional certification in Data Analytics or Information Systems Management.
  • Prior experience coordinating with theater-level Knowledge Management Centers or exercise planning cells.
Clearance Required:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
