We are looking for a Associate Creative Production Project Manager interested in a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, to join our Creative team within the Marketing business at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey.  This position will report to our Creative Production Project Manager.

The Associate Creative Production Project Manager is responsible for working with cross functional internal teams through the end-to-end development of packaging creation. This role is critical in managing each project from concept through production and shaping our  brand vision and identity within the Marketing department. The Associate Creative Production Project Manager will serve as a business partner to internal and external cross functional partners, offering timely completion of creative projects.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent packaging projects, maintaining strict timelines.
  • Manage projects through PM tracking systems Esko and Asana.
  • Key liaison between Creative Team, Project Management Team and additional internal partners. As well as external vendors
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency is necessary to ensure that all objectives are met on time and with excellence
  • Attend project review meetings to keep cross functional teams informed of project status
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a CPG, food and beverage, beauty company
  • Understanding of the creative production process for packaging, displays and other items is essential
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, meeting tight deadlines, and staying within budget
  • Proficient in delivering concise, actionable project status updates to large groups
  • Ability to effectively liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Eskow or Asana
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and PDFs
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Management of internal and external vendor proofing and communications.
  • Knowledge of package design and P.O.P pre and postproduction requirements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex project requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful project completion and team success
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects at once

Worksite:

  • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey
  • The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Friday. Work remotely once per month on a Friday.
  • Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend
