What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator you will provide critical coordination and support for the successful delivery of Arvig's business solutions, ensuring outstanding customer service through the process. This role oversees the scheduling and management of installations, supports the sales team in proposals and RFPs, maintains thorough documentation for each project, and serves as a key point of contact for customers. The coordinator ensures seamless communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients while contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Experience organizing and executing multi-step projects
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Positive personality
  • Ability to remain organized, flexible and focused despite frequent interruptions
