The job:

As our Project Manager, your primary role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the introduction of new products. You will develop the project network, create timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. You will be responsible for holding team members accountable to tasks and deadlines. You will conduct team meetings and build automated reporting mechanisms for leaders. You will also assist in writing technical documents.

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with:

  • Leading cross-departmental teams to execute a plan toward a shared goal
  • Leveraging Wrike and MS Teams for efficiency and productivity
  • Creating deliverables, such as reports and dashboards, for several audiences
  • Working in a manufacturing environment
  • Writing technical documents
  • Project management with a proven ability to deliver on time, on budget and with high quality

A 4-year degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent degree and 3-4 years of experience are required.
