Our facility boasts advanced equipment and innovative practices within a spacious 5000 square foot environment, designed specifically for the comfort and rehabilitation of our patients. We primarily serve individuals with private medical insurance, allowing us to maintain a personalized and high-quality care approach tailored to each unique patient.

Located in the scenic Ruby Valley area, our rehabilitation facility fosters a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. As part of a team that includes two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), you will work alongside skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Our facility is fully equipped with the latest in sports medicine technology, enabling us to provide a broad range of therapeutic services designed to meet various rehabilitative needs.

• Conduct initial assessments to understand the individual goals and capabilities of each patient.
• Maintain a patient load of approximately one individual per hour to ensure focused and personalized therapy sessions.
• Utilize your expertise to develop treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at improving mobility.
• Administer therapies that enhance patients' range of motion, and successfully reduce reliance on medications through alternative methods.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs tailored specifically to each patient’s progression and goals.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, supporting them in achieving optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to accurately document services and track patient progress.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary to maximize recovery effectiveness.
• Provide education to patients regarding healthy lifestyle choices and rehabilitative practices that enhance overall wellness.

This role focuses on outpatient orthopedic clientele who seek recovery from a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in restoring their physical capabilities, enhancing their quality of life, and instilling confidence as they return to their daily activities and hobbies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada without any disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and the design and implementation of therapeutic exercise programs.
• Experience working within an orthopedic outpatient environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with healthcare colleagues.
• Proficiency in EMR software like WebPT is advantageous.

While we require a minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting, candidates with a broader range of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly those who have worked with sports medicine, are highly valued. A strong background in developing individualized patient care plans and managing diverse patient loads will be seen as a significant advantage.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
