Job description

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Project Assistant to join our Los Angeles, California office. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing project timelines, coordinating with attorneys and staff, and ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of projects. Please note that this is a full-time position in our Los Angeles, California office.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Copying, scanning, printing and sorting documents.
  • Scanning and distributing mail.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Covering reception desk.
  • Assisting with administrative projects, including docketing court dates.

Qualifications

  • High school or college degree.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
