to support policy management and other QA activities

  • Responsible for providing project support within a division by performing various analytical functions, maintenance, tracking and reporting on the project plan, coordinating project activities and general administrative support.
  • This position is also responsible for providing general administrative support which includes preparing presentation materials and project meeting agendas, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and status reports, maintaining computerized filing system and preparing correspondence.
