About the Role

Provide senior-level project management, facilitation, and analytical support that strengthens NGB and ANG leadership decision-making. This role leads complex staff actions, oversees quality, and drives process improvements while mentoring team members.

This position is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced, classified environments supporting senior principals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management, facilitation, administration, logistics, and consulting support for staff actions and executive-level communications.
  • Oversee quality control and provide guidance on coordinated responses that document NGB and ANG positions and equities for external agencies.
  • Analyze and improve workflows, business practices, SOPs, and training processes.
  • Support the Action Officer Training Course and monthly workflow manager meetings.
  • Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with performance standards, including PRS/QASP requirements, security requirements, and contract deliverables.
  • Manage complex, time-sensitive projects with unusual demands while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and institutional knowledge.
  • Improve archiving and documentation practices to support continuity and long-term knowledge management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, senior staff action support, or facilitation within DoD or federal environments.
  • Proven track record leading quality oversight, process improvement, and training initiatives.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, task management systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Active Top Secret clearance or current TS/SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and complete all required trainings, including OPSEC, IA, and related requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience supporting NGB JACO, ExecSec, ANG SACO, or ARNG CSO-S/SGS functions.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Prior experience working on classified multi-domain tasking systems.
  • PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with business process re-engineering or knowledge management initiatives.
