Job Description
ECS is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes
  • Supports cross-functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams
  • Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing
  • Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution
  • Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements with an analytic and restructuring process mindset
  • Maintains and updates all requirements documentation
  • Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders
Salary Range: $135,000-$140,000

  • 2+ years of business analysis experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leveraging ServiceNow and GitHub to manage task workflows, issue resolution, and milestone health across multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Familiar with software or systems development lifecycles
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum project methodologies
  • Experience with Agile project execution across multi-cloud infrastructure, virtual server environments, end-user systems (computers, mobile, collaboration tools), and AI service integrations.
  • Experience monitoring project risks, POA&Ms, and milestones for FedRAMP compliance, Zero Trust controls, and enterprise network infrastructure upgrades.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing projects
  • Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Ability to facilitate discussion focused on restructuring and improving end-to-end business functions in an organization
  • Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation)
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
