Job description

Position Summary
Diversified Services Network (DSN) is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team in Springfield, Illinois. This onsite position provides administrative support to the office while assisting with document processing for our Eligibility project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming front desk as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages as needed.
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Assist the Eligibility Services team with document intake and processing.
  • Review, organize, scan, and file and electronic documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidential records are properly secured.
  • Assist with data entry and document tracking.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
