Job description

Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Project Coordinator in Austin, TX. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Job Description:

The Project Coordinator is accountable to assist the project team to enable successful outcomes on complex integrated test, measurement, or automation systems for delivery to our customers. They spend most of their time executing and monitoring a project plan, with strong emphasis on logistics and coordination. They are deeply involved in all procurement, build, test and logistics aspects of the projects, ensuring their accountability for the business and successful on time delivery of the solution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate system delivery across multiple phases and teams.

  • Identifies and communicates any roadblocks during tester build and coordinate to bring resolution to deliver solutions to clients on time.

  • Responsible for project logistics and ensuring prototype and manufacturing jobs are run correctly and on time. Do this by coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, and service groups, and by tracking and following up with teams to ensure deliverables are provided on time.

  • Effectively communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.

  • Manage large and complex Microsoft Project files.

  • Maintain project documentation and data.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 5+ years of project coordinator experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project Required

  • Experience using Agile and Oracle

  • Experience maintaining and updating schedules across multiple projects

  • Experience supporting projects through the engineering design lifecycle

Pay Details: $34.58 to $40.74 per hour
