We are seeking aย Seniorย Project Accountant to oversee the financial management of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking project costs,ย managing fixed assets,ย managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Track, analyze, and report project costs, including capital expenditures and operating expensesย 
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to address financial needs and resolve discrepancies.ย 
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.ย 
  • Utilize accounting software such asย NetSuiteย and Excel to create reports and perform data analysis.ย 
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including pivot tables, to support project requirements.ย 
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address financial concerns.ย 
  • Perform regular reconciliations to verify data integrity.ย 
  • Assist in testing and improving processes related to accounting and project management.ย
