Job description

The 8-week Summer Internship Program offers students the chance to gain real-world experience in a professional environment, working alongside industry experts. Interns will be placed in one of several departments based on skills, interests, and business needs, including:

  • Internal Audit
  • Data Analytics
  • Underwriting
  • Cybersecurity
  • Business Analysis

What Intern will gain:

During the summer internship, the intern will report to the designated manager and will be responsible for assigned tasks and duties relevant to that department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Risk Management, etc.).

  • Demonstrated strong academic performance.
  • A highly motivated and proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Primary Job Functions:

Conduct Research & Analysis

Collaborate with Teams

  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to complete assignments.

Assist in Process Improvement

  • Identify potential areas for efficiency and recommend solutions.
  • Document workflows, policies, or technical processes.

Prepare Reports & Presentations

  • Create summaries, dashboards, or slide decks to present findings.
  • Contribute to end-of-internship project presentations to leadership.

Engage in Professional Development

  • Attend training sessions and networking events organized by the company.
  • Seek feedback and apply learning to assigned tasks
