• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and tools.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs, assessing progress regularly and adjusting approaches as necessary.
• Deliver engaging telehealth counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster effective client relationships and positive outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, prioritizing confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external health care professionals to coordinate care, ensure comprehensive treatment, and share essential client information while adhering to privacy laws.
• Participate in ongoing training and development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with advancements in counseling practices.

The clients you will be working with come from various backgrounds and may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with individuals from diverse demographics will be critical in building trust and rapport, allowing you to deliver effective mental health services that promote healing and recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active license as a professional counselor in Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing counseling services.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, with a preference for candidates who have utilized tools such as Zoom, Doxy.me, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
• A capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

• Experience working with specific client groups, such as children, families, or underserved populations, will be advantageous.
• Previous exposure to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 80,000 and USD 90,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for select candidates.
