This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home office. • Conduct individualized virtual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a safe and empathetic environment for clients.
• Carefully assess each client's mental health needs through in-depth evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to cater to the varied psychological needs of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and any significant changes in clients’ mental health statuses.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to create integrated care strategies that enhance client outcomes and employ best practice methodologies.
• Stay current with ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines in your practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and networking events to sharpen your skills and knowledge.

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your role will involve creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings while equipping them with therapeutic tools and coping strategies. This allows for holistic healing and empowers clients on their journey towards improved mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, complying with all necessary regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency with various video conferencing technology and mental health software systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating positive interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, showcasing effective time management and organizational skills to maintain a productive schedule.
• Comfortable integrating technology into counseling practices, including the use of client management systems and telehealth applications.

• Previous work in telehealth or remote counseling settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based practices.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and the dynamics involved in leading group sessions.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
