Inner Calm Progressive Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Your contributions will be crucial in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary to facilitate their healing.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, utilizing a client-centered approach.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused cognitive therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' needs, establishing clear goals and chosen interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and support clients’ holistic treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and learning.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely fashion, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

The client population includes individuals seeking detox support, who may be facing mental health conditions compounded by substance use disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their practical applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively.

• Experience working in detox centers or similar environments where substance use recovery is a core focus.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services available for clients.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We are pleased to offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
