Inner Calm Progressive Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, utilizing a client-centered approach.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused cognitive therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' needs, establishing clear goals and chosen interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and support clientsโ€™ holistic treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
