Work Environment

While our team is based in Jacksonville, Florida, this role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. We operate an outpatient office that offers a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff, emphasizing collaboration and mutual support. Our work schedule is generally Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Maintaining client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and continuing education to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational workshops on mental health awareness.

Compensation and Benefits
