• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand client needs and history, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's personal goals and challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, incorporating techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, promoting emotional well-being and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed during regular reviews.
• Document therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately while adhering to ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and relevant workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health therapies.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within a private practice or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling purposes.
• Proven track record of using evidence-based practices and adapting methodologies to meet unique client needs.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on qualifications and caseload.
