Job description

Join a BCBA role designed to be sustainable.

Allies Autism Services is a locally owned, clinician-led ABA provider serving families throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to provide high-quality care without excessive productivity expectations.

What we offer:

  • $85,000–$115,000 base salary

  • Up to $26,000 in annual billable bonuses

  • Only 20 billable hours per week

  • 20 days PTO

  • Spanish-speaking differential

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze client progress, provide caregiver training, and collaborate with families.

Requirements: Current BCBA certification, master’s degree in ABA or a related field, and Nevada LBA or ability to obtain.
