In this role, you will: 

  • Devise integrated marketing plans targeting federal agencies, defense and public sector, factoring in customer pain points, procurement cycles, compliance needs, legislative trends, and capture strategy. 
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications for branding, awareness, and thought-leadership campaigns 
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, government affairs, campaign operations, and external agencies or partners—to build integrated campaign plans, unify messaging, and maximize reuse of assets across programs. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize tactics, audiences, and channels while reporting pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI to leadership. 
  • Meet pipeline and acquisition targets by leveraging account-based marketing, aligned capture/campaign plays, field events, and other demand-generation tactics specifically tailored for federal audiences. 

Your background: 

  • 5+ years proven experience in federal marketing, public sector campaigns, or business-to-government (B2G) marketing, including ownership of campaign performance metrics. 
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement, compliance regulations, agency missions, and how to translate them into compliant, effective campaign and field strategies. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous campaigns and field programs end-to-end. 
  • Ability to develop creative, differentiated campaign concepts, influence cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. 
  • US Citizenship required due to federal group and system access areas.
 
Base Salary Range: $118,150 - $140,000
This position is also eligible to participate in our commission plan.  Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
