The Strategic Development Program is a full-time entry-level position, where you will learn hands-on and receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful in your career at EMCO HVAC.

Job Description

Strategic Development Program Phases:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a five phased program learning every aspect of our business from operations, to sales, purchasing, shipping and receiving, account management and everything in between. 

 Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – Develop HVAC Product knowledge and warehouse leadership skills. Assist the sales team in coordinating projects, shipments, and receiving inventory.

 Phase 2 – Operations – Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.

 Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management – Build powerful relationships with our contractors and coordinate large-scale projects.

 Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management – Learn how to find new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build new customer relationships.

 Phase 5 – Placement – In this phase, you can take all your training and determine your ideal career path.
