DEPARTMENT: Program Management
POSITION: Program Manager
JOB FUNCTION: The Program Manager will be mainly responsible for managing the program implementation of a customer's product through the contract manufacturing process. You will also be responsible for assigned projected planning, scheduling and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts, and ensure contractual deliveries are made on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years in program management experience. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
LANGUAGE: Proficiency in English required. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.

  • Customer interface during the design, development, manufacture and service of the customer's NPI product, as well as insuring the terms of the agreement with the customer are maintained.

  • Supporting activities including preparing responses to RFQs.
  • Estimating and tracking program timing.
  • Holding cross-functional project status meetings.
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management
