Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Process Manager to drive the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA global process template for controlled substances within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

We are searching for the best talent for Transcend Deployment Process Manager. This position will be located in Titusville, NJ with alternate location in Malvern, PA; Spring House, PA; Somerset, NJ; Shepherdsville, KY; Athens, GA; Raritan, NJ, Gurabo, PR; or Beerse, Belgium.

This role leads the global deployment of standardized value stream solutions, aligning with SAP Clean Core principles and incorporating only required localizations to meet legal and regulatory needs. The position requires experience in supply chain functions (e.g., Deliver, Source, Plan, Quality, Logistics), as well as an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the life sciences industry. The role also partners across functions to guide teams through ERP transformation initiatives.

The position leads or supports a functional team of process experts and provides collaborative leadership to contractors and support teams, including CEBA and PMO partners.

The Transcend Deployment Process Manager will be a key face to the site personnel for the specific deployment and will need to be able to shape and influence in the face of resistance to change.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Global Template Deployment

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Leads the implementation of global functional process templates across regions and business units to align with industry regulations and SAP best practices.

  • Drives SAP S/4HANA template deployment by promoting standardization and reducing unnecessary customization while aligning with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensures solution design aligns with SAP Clean Core principles by prioritizing configuration over customization and maximising standard extensibility frameworks to support scalable, sustainable solutions.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Leads cross-functional teams, including business subject matter experts, IT, SAP consultants, validation specialists, and system integrators, to deliver value stream-aligned outcomes.

  • Partners with value stream leads (e.g., procure-to-pay, finance, manufacturing) to enable seamless, end-to-end process integration across the enterprise.

  • Acts as a key facilitator across business units, program leadership, and technical teams to align on scope, timelines, and business readiness.

Solution Delivery and Validation

  • Is responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, including detailed design, user story development, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs.

  • Leads value stream testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation efforts, in alignment with SDLC practices.

  • Supports the development and approval of value stream validation results in alignment with quality assurance (QA) and regulatory requirements.

Change Management and Training

  • Partners with the Change Management team to support user readiness and drive adoption of global value stream standards.

  • Develops and delivers training materials and process documentation tailored to regulated users and business stakeholders to support effective adoption.

Qualifications:

  • University level degree in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience.

Experience:

Required:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of controlled substance regulations, enabling compliant and risk-aware operational execution.

  • Experience working across end-to-end value stream processes in a GxP-regulated environment, including areas such as commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.

  • Applies knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility approaches (e.g., in-app, side-by-side) to enable scalable, sustainable, and future-ready system design.

  • Leads cross-functional collaboration and engages stakeholders, including business leaders, regulatory teams, and global partners, to align on priorities and drive successful outcomes.

  • Experience applying CSV, SDLC, and GxP frameworks to support system implementations and audit-ready deployment practices.

  • Brings experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments to support global transformation initiatives within complex regulatory settings.

  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA capabilities (e.g., Sales & Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), along with Fiori and Solution Manager, to support efficient, user-focused deployment and value stream optimization.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
