Pay: $57,000 to $62,000 per year
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adolescent girls? Are you studying or have a background in psychology, social work, behavioral science, or a related field? Join New Haven, a leading residential treatment center, and become a vital part of a mission-driven team dedicated to healing and transformation.
New Haven serves adolescent girls (ages 13-17) and their families through trauma-informed, relationship-based care. With campuses in Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs, we offer a warm, home-like setting that blends therapeutic support with accredited academics. Our focus areas include trauma recovery, family systems, emotional regulation, and mental health.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Direct and manage mentors and supervisors in your house, fostering a supportive and effective team.
  • Recognize Excellence: Reward employees for exceptional work and delegate responsibilities to keep the team running smoothly.
  • Hire and Train: Collaborate with HR to hire the best talent, provide thorough orientation for new hires, and offer ongoing training.
  • Evaluate and Support: Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and discipline staff as needed.
  • Participate and Communicate: Join weekly treatment team meetings, conduct safety drills, manage budgets, and ensure your house is clean and welcoming.
  • Connect with Families: Keep parents updated on their child's progress, needs, and expectations through frequent communication.
  • Implement Therapeutic Plans: Execute treatment team decisions to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for our students.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in a residential treatment center or similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build healthy relationships.
  • Skilled in de-escalation, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Able to model and teach positive values.
