About this opportunity

Join the Ericsson team as our new Program Director to manage all the contract deliverables on one of our Hyperscale Customer’s global IT infrastructure networks (180+ countries). This high-profile position requires you to act with confidence and be responsible for managing the real-time business, ensuring the fulfilment of our SLA & KPIs according to contract obligations and to communicate to all stakeholders regarding performance and issues, drive improvements and manage risks. What you will do
  • End-to-end accountability of hardware and services delivery to hyperscale data center locations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Define the execution strategy for providing various customer services as per signed customer contracts globally
  • Oversee, implement and control all aspects of the program and project portfolio, including overall financial responsibility, planning, and establishment.
  • Identify and implement services performance improvements, contributing to lower lead time and overall improvement in customer SLAs & KPIs
  • Manage dependencies across platforms and with other Services Lines, Business Areas, and Market Areas.
  • Establish and lead regular governance with key customer stakeholders, Program Directors, Market Areas, and Global Support Centers.
  • Manage changes and/or amendments to the programs & projects during the entire contract lifecycle
  • Lead all Customer Financial Responsible activities and manage project scope of deliverables in a matrix org setup
  • Manage customer, OEM, and supplier relationships to build customer confidence
  • Ensure delivery meets the financial commitments
  • Host internal / external video and in person meetings
  • Ensure compliance and manage risk of all customer delivery processes
  • Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery performance and operational health.
  • Partner with Sales and Trade Compliance to ensure fully compliant global deployments and maintain an accurate register of countries in scope.
The skills you bring
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher education
  • Extensive leadership experience managing complex, global service delivery programs and working successfully with demanding internal and external customers.
  • At least 10 years of experience across supply chain management, sourcing, large-scale program delivery, finance, and business operations.
  • Domain experience: Network and IT deployment and operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Global Trade
  • Ability to lead and supervise a global team while making independent decisions and drive actionable results
  • Strong knowledge of and hands‑on experience delivering through Ericsson’s supply chain and sourcing processes.
  • Ability to execute in high pressure situations
  • Experience with coordinating customer contract fulfillment
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills with a business understanding, including customer and market insights
  • Passion to work in a team with close collaboration and cooperation
  • Flexibility to work extended and varying hours to support a delivery traversing a multitude of time zones throughout the globe

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (STV)

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Health

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
