Job Summary
Oversee on-going intake, registration, and testing activities for assigned program and monitor budget activities. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position.
Essential Functions
Provide administrative office support for assigned program. Establish and maintain records, compile data, and prepare and submit reports.
Assist with the development of account budgets and expenditure and revenue forecasts. Track and monitor expenditures, identify problems, and advise as appropriate.
Receive and organize documents. Enter data into computer system, generate internal/external billings, ensure accuracy, resolve billing questions, and correct errors.
Assist with review and maintenance of student academic and clinical confidential records. Maintain faculty confidential clinical clearance records.
Assist with program and division meetings including advisory committee meetings, student orientation, completion ceremonies, and staff meetings. Provide support for program public offerings, such as vaccination clinics and resource fairs as needed.
Prepare office reports for copier usage and general office equipment.
Attend program meetings and events district-wide as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Associate's Degree and two (2) years of related experience, or 30 credit hours and four (4) years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
NOTE: A copy of the transcript reflecting this required education MUST be submitted for consideration and reflect completed coursework and degrees conferred. The candidate must be fully qualified for the position at the time of application.
2. Experience compiling data and preparing reports.
3. Experience working with account budgets, expenditure and revenue forecasts, compiling data, and preparing reports.
4. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and experience preparing purchase requisitions.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
6. Effective interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
7. Effective oral and written communication skills.
8. Experience providing effective customer service.
9. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
10. Ability to handle confidential information.
Special Conditions:
1. The El Paso Community College is building a pool of Applicants for part-time staff positions. This pool will be accessed when an opening arises. Your application will remain active for approximately one (1) year from July 2026 to June 2027. After this time, you will need to re-apply if you are still interested in remaining a part of the pool.

Transcripts issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by a full translation (word for word) by a current member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). Additionally, each foreign transcript must be evaluated for equivalency to United States accredited coursework.
Applications containing foreign transcripts that are not accompanied with the above required documentation will not be considered.
In accordance with federal law and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate must furnish documentation verifying employment authorization eligibility and identity before being employed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and use hands to handle or feel.
