Archbishop Alter is hiring a Director of Alumni Engagement
Archbishop Alter High School seeks a mission-driven Director of Alumni Engagement to cultivate meaningful, lifelong relationships between the school and its alumni community. This role focuses on alumni engagement, events, volunteer leadership, and stewardship while supporting marketing/communications and fundraising efforts. The Director serves as a connector, storyteller, and relationship builder, strengthening alumni pride and participation in ways that advance the school's strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in alumni relations, advancement, communications, education, or nonprofit engagement preferred.
  • Experience working in a Catholic or independent school environment a plus.

Key Responsibilities include Alumni Engagement & Relationship Building, Events & Programming, Volunteer & Leadership Development, and Collaboration with Advancement, Communications, Admissions, and School Leadership.
