Job description

Indotronix is seeking an :Support Engineering Support Maintenance Analyst 2
Location:Seattle, WA
Shift: First Shift
No Degree Required
100% Onsite Seattle, WA
1 2 Teams Interview Rounds
No Security Clearance Required
No Travel Required
Overtime may be required based on program needs
Flexible Start Time (5:00 AM 9:00 AM range)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Master Bills of Material (BOM) to define QEC kit configurations.
  • Support supplier integration, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
  • Review supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.
  • Set up, review, and manage customer sales orders and coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and monitor internal documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with supplier management, logistics specialists, and purchasing teams to support part acquisition and delivery schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues related to kit planning and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to support program schedules and deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with manufacturing, repair, and maintenance operations.
  • Experience supporting aircraft engine programs.
  • Familiarity with REDARS, STEPS, SAP, BRIDGE, WIRS, and My Boeing Fleet.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in post-production kit planning or supply chain support activities.

Education & Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 2 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree or 6 years of related experience).
  • No degree required.
