Job description

THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION - FIRST 6 MONTHS WILL BE ON CONTRACT.  IF IT WORKS OUT WELL FOR BOTH PARTIES, THEY WILL BE LOOKING TO MAKE A DIRECT HIRE OFFER.

US CIT OR GREENCARD/PERM RESIDENT

WILL BE DRUG AND BACKGROUND

Pay Rate:  $35 to 45 plus or minus depending on experience (will pay more with more experience)

  • Must be local to the Sterling Heights area in MI - will not relocate
  • Degree with 1 + years of experience OR No Degree with 4-5 years+ experience
  • Work onsite to get acclimated, then up to -50% travel
  • Travel is reimbursable based on a strict travel outline – MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT AND MUST BE ABLE TO GET OVER THE BORDER TO CANADA 
    • Travel could be:
      • Detroit Metro area
      • OHIO
      • Kentucky
      • Canada
      • Mexico (on rare occasion)
      • Other
  • Travel will be to their client sites to program and troubleshoot automated/robotic machinery
  • PLC Programming
    • AB (Allen Bradley) and would look at Rockwell PLC and Siemens too but AB is a must
