🚨 Hiring: Application Engineer – Principal / Sr. Principal Engineer
📍 Locations: Ann Arbor, MI | Lowell, MA | Milpitas, CA (Onsite)
💼 Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer with strong expertise in optoelectronics, photonics, laser diodes, and photodetectors to support customer applications, product integration, and technical troubleshooting activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for optoelectronic and photonic products
• Work directly with customers to support product integration and resolve technical issues
• Troubleshoot complex device and application-level problems
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and product teams
• Support new product introductions and customer deployments
• Analyze customer test data and performance trends
• Visit customer sites for hands-on technical support and relationship management

🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of photonic/optoelectronic devices and RF fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with photonic product testing and troubleshooting
