WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ‘Quin is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Programming Intern to support the execution of marketing initiatives, content organization, and club programming operations.

This internship is ideal for an undergraduate student interested in hospitality, events, branding, content production, and creative project coordination. The role will focus heavily on project-based work and day-to-day support across marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and member programming initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Organize and maintain marketing assets including photos, videos, graphics, templates, and shared folders
  • Assist with photoshoot preparation including props, supply inventory, setup materials, and post-shoot organization
  • Support content collection and organization for newsletters, social media, emails, and member communications
  • Help maintain marketing collateral, signage, printed materials, and brand resources
  • Assist with simple formatting and design updates in Canva, Google Slides, or similar platforms
  • Conduct light research for programming ideas, vendors, venues, and creative inspiration
  • Assist in tracking hospitality, lifestyle, and membership trends to help inform creative positioning, programming, and member experience initiatives

Event & Programming Support

  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and operational support for club programming and events
  • Help prepare guest materials, signage, attendance lists, and event supplies
  • Support on-site content capture coordination including photography and video organization
  • Ensure event materials, storage areas, and supply inventories remain organized and fully stocked
  • Assist with post-event organization including photo uploads, asset sorting, and recap support

Administrative & Project Support

  • Maintain organized spreadsheets, trackers, and shared project documents
  • Support the team with inventory management, shipment coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Attend department meetings and assist with follow-up tasks and project coordination
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and team collaborations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Events, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in marketing, events, hospitality, and creative production
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Availability to occasionally support evening or weekend events preferred
