Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des nomenclatures (BOM – Bill of Materials) pour se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance!


Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) des nomenclatures (BOM) est responsable de la création, du maintien et du contrôle des nomenclatures de produits dans le système ERP/MRP afin de soutenir les activités de fabrication, d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement, de gestion des stocks et de production. Ce rôle agit comme un lien essentiel entre les équipes d’ingénierie, de production, de chaîne d’approvisionnement et de planification afin de garantir que les structures de produits, les révisions et les données relatives aux matériaux sont exactes, à jour et conformes aux exigences opérationnelles.


Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) des nomenclatures joue un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de l’efficacité manufacturière, l’exactitude des inventaires, le contrôle des configurations de produits et la réussite de l’exécution de la production.


Principales Responsabilités

  • Créer et maintenir les ensembles de dessins techniques des projets : développer et mettre à jour les dossiers de dessins afin qu’ils reflètent les plus récentes spécifications et modifications.
  • Créer et maintenir les nomenclatures (BOM) : développer et mettre à jour les nomenclatures des produits afin qu’elles reflètent les plus récentes spécifications et modifications.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de production afin de s’assurer que tous les composants sont pris en compte et correctement représentés dans les nomenclatures.


Profil Recherché

Compétences:

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle similaire.
  • Souci du détail : une grande rigueur est essentielle, car les erreurs dans les nomenclatures peuvent entraîner des problèmes importants de production.
  • Connaissances techniques : bonne compréhension des composantes électroniques et mécaniques, des procédés de fabrication, des nomenclatures multiniveaux, des systèmes ERP, ainsi que des processus ECR/ECO (Engineering Change Request / Engineering Change Order).
  • Maîtrise des dessins techniques : capacité à réviser les dessins et à effectuer les recoupements nécessaires pour les pièces et les matériaux.
  • Compétences en communication : excellente capacité à collaborer avec diverses équipes et à assurer une communication efficace des changements et des mises à jour auprès des parties prenantes.
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel : recherche V (VLOOKUP), VBA, formules avancées et tableaux croisés dynamiques.


Profil Académique et Expérience

  • Diplôme d’études techniques (un baccalauréat en génie constitue un atout).
  • Une expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ou Microsoft Navision constitue un atout.

We're looking for a BOM (Bill of Materials) Coordinator to join our growing team!

The BOM (Bill of Materials) Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling accurate bills of materials within the ERP/MRP system to support manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, inventory, and production operations. This role acts as a key link between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Planning to ensure product structures, revisions, and material data are accurate, current, and aligned with operational requirements.


The BOM Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing efficiency, inventory accuracy, product configuration control, and successful production execution.


What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain the project’s drawing packages: develop and update the drawing packages ensuring they reflect the latest specifications and changes.
  • Create and maintaining BOMs: develop and update the bills of materials for products, ensuring they reflect the latest specifications and changes.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure that all components are accounted for and accurately represented in the BOMs.


What You'll Bring:

Skills and Competencies:

  • 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing setting, minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy is crucial, as errors in BOMs can lead to significant production issues.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic components, mechanical components, manufacturing processes, multi levels bills of materials, ERP systems, ECR/ECO process is required.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings: Reviewing and cross referencing for parts and materials. 
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for collaborating with various teams and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of changes and updates.
  • Proficient Excel skills(vlookup, vba, advance formulas, pivot tables) 


Education and Experience:

  • Technical Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree in engineering an asset)
  • Experience with Business Central or Microsoft Navision would be an asset.
