Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Create CNC programs for 5-axis VMC and Multi-Tasking Turn/Mill machines utilizing TopSolid CAD/CAM software.
  • Create digital setup sheets and tool lists inside ProShop ERP software
  • Design custom fixturing and work holding for parts during machining and
  • Design custom fixture for holding parts during CMM inspection, 3D printed
  • Collaborate in planning meeting with other programmers and quality personnel on new part

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of machining and programming experience, preferably with some Aerospace or Medical industry experience.
  • Interest in learning TopSolid CAD/CAM Software. Will train internally.
  • Ability to Interpret customer supplied prints for materials, tolerances/GD&T, finishing notes, and hardware assembly
  • Ability to review, validate and clean solid models prior to CNC programming
  • Competency with MS Office 365
  • Must be collaborative minded and have a calm, professional attitude
  • Must be willing to take directives from department heads
