Program Development & Innovation

•Design and scale innovative, evidence-informed programs that meet the evolving needs of diverse community populations
•Lead the development of program models that are sustainable, measurable, and impactful
•Integrate Vibrant Living initiatives into community-based offerings, extending their reach beyond residential communities

•Ensure seamless coordination across Sun Health residential communities, corporate departments, and foundation initiatives

Leadership & Staff Development

•Recruit, hire, and onboard team members, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and culture.

Skills and Knowledge:

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, nonprofit, or community-based programming
  • Experience with program development, community engagement, and funding/grant strategies strongly preferred
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Requires reliable transportation in employee provided vehicle, current Driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling programs, services, or business units
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, revenue models, and funding strategies
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
  • Advanced collaboration and stakeholder management skills across clinical, operational, and community environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive change, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
